Larry W Jones

Larry is originally from the east coast and came to Montana after his tour of duty in Vietnam and was stationed at Malmstrom Air force Base in Great Falls. Larry quickly fell in love with the Big Sky Country and took advantage of the GI bill to attend the University of Montana. He earned his BA with High Honors in Philosophy in 1977. He was the 1976 University of Montana Rhodes Scholarship nominee to the state selection committee. He earned his Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 1982. After graduation Larry worked for the Workers’ Compensation Court for 3 years then practiced with Garlington, Lohn and Robinson Law Firm where he focused on Workers’ Compensation Law- Employers. Larry also had a solo private practice and then moved to Liberty Insurance as their in-house counsel. In 2012, Larry retired from Liberty Insurance. In 2013, Larry joined Wills Law Firm.
